How to use the chart of accounts
Your ledger accounts, their type and balance.
Who can do this: Everyone in your organisation who has access to this app.
Steps
Step by step
- Accountant → Chart of accounts.
- Search accounts by name or code; filter by type.
- Disabled accounts are hidden from pickers but keep their history.
- Need a new account? Ask your admin or Bebaak support — new accounts are added under the right group so reports stay correct.
