How to edit a draft journal
Drafts can be edited; submitted journals are cancelled and amended.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open the draft journal → Edit.
- Change lines and save or submit.
- For a submitted journal: More → Cancel document, then Amend.
