How to scan assets during an audit
New in v0.20: scan QR tags during an audit; assets found, missing and found elsewhere are counted.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open the audit.
- Scan each asset's QR tag with the phone.
- Bebaak counts found, missing and elsewhere (found at another location).
- Close the audit and follow up on missing items.
