How to find your way around the app
A tour of the layout: left menu, search, quick create, the bell and settings.
Who can do this: Every user.
Steps
Step by step
- Left menu: pages are grouped by app. Click a group name to fold it away.
- Top search: type part of a name, number or GSTIN — results cover customers, vendors, items, invoices and bills.
- Quick create (+): start a new document without leaving the page you're on.
- Bell: Needs attention lists overdue invoices and bills, KPI alerts, expiring documents and due filings. Click a line to open it.
- Settings (bottom of the menu): organisation, users & app access, billing, branding and activity log (admins).
- Each page has a ? link that opens the help guide for that page.
