How to use the All apps launcher
All apps lists every Bebaak app your organisation has bought, the ones assigned to you, and apps you could add.
Who can do this: Every user.
Steps
Step by step
- Click All apps at the top of the left menu (or the Bebaak logo).
- Under Your apps, click any tile to open that app.
- Tiles marked "Ask your admin to assign" are bought by your organisation but not given to you yet.
- Explore more shows apps your organisation hasn't bought; your admin can add them from Plan & billing.

Questions
Why can't I see an app my colleague uses?
Each person only sees the apps the admin ticks for them in Settings → Users & app access.
