Getting started & onboarding

Bebaak is one sign-in for all your apps at app.bebaak.co. Each organisation's books are kept separate from every other organisation. These guides take you from your first sign-in to a working set-up.

How to navigate

Finding your way around

  1. Sign in at app.bebaak.co. You land on All apps — the launcher with every app your organisation uses.
  2. The left menu groups pages by app (Sales, Purchases, Accountant, Intelligence, People, Governance…). You only see apps your admin has given you.
  3. Use the search box at the top to find any customer, vendor, item, invoice or bill.
  4. Quick create (the + button) starts a new invoice, bill, customer or other document from anywhere.
  5. The bell shows Needs attention: overdue items, KPI alerts, expiring documents and filings due.
  6. Your name menu (top right) has Change / reset password, Security & privacy, WhatsApp support and Sign out.
