How to upload monthly data when your books are elsewhere

New in v0.20: upload each month's trial balance (and, if you can, sales and purchase registers, ageing, bank and stock) for Nazar, Decisions, Score, Cash, Capital and Board; versions, mapping, manual MIS and reminders.

Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

  1. Intelligence → Monthly uploads.
  2. Under Upload a month choose File (e.g. Trial Balance), Month and whether profit figures are for the month, then Upload. Tally: Display → Trial Balance → Export (Excel).
  3. The column mapping is remembered; uploading the same month again makes a new version.
  4. Under Run a report from these months, pick Score, Cash or Capital and Run (uses the last 12 months; needs that app in your plan).
  5. Last 12 months shows what is uploaded and what is missing. Set Reminders so nobody forgets.
