How to manage job work
Job-work challans for any process: expected return, receipts, reconciliation, bills, ITC-04 and the job-worker scorecard.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Loom → Job work → New challan: Job worker, Process (e.g. Printing), From factory, Order, Goods, Qty, Unit, Goods value / unit, Job rate, Expected loss % and Due back → Save draft challan.
- Send it (sending needs approval).
- Job-worker performance shows on-time %, average loss and rejection for each job worker.
- ITC-04 view: export the challans and receipts for the period for your GST filing. Bebaak exports the data; it does not e-file ITC-04.
