How to create a buyer order
Buyer orders (POs) with colour/size breakdown and ex-factory dates.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Loom → Orders → New buyer order: Buyer (customer), Buyer PO no., Style, Currency, Price per piece and Ex-factory date.
- Enter the breakdown by colour and size (e.g. S:2 M:4 L:4 XL:2 ratios or quantities) → Create order.
- The list shows cut / shipped progress and T&A status.
