How to record inspections with AQL
Inline, end-line and final inspections with AQL sampling plans (ISO 2859-1).
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Loom → Quality → Record an inspection: Type, Order, Lot size, Inspector and Date.
- The AQL calculator gives the Code letter, Sample size and accept/reject numbers for your inspection level and AQL major/minor.
- Count defects by code and severity (critical / major / minor) → Save & judge. The Result is pass or fail.
