How to record output on the line tablet
One-tap good, rework and reject with defect codes, on a phone or tablet at the line.
Who can do this: Line supervisors and checkers.
Steps
Step by step
- Open Loom → Tablet on the line's phone or tablet and choose Which line?
- Tap Good for each good piece; Undo last good if you mis-tap.
- For a faulty piece choose the Defect, then Rework or Reject.
- Counts feed hourly output, DHU and efficiency on the floor dashboard.
