New in v0.20: the full Trade workflow, Kagaz as a document management system, standalone Tax priced per GSTIN, full Sachiv, the Board pack workflow and the Connect CRM.

Steps
Step by step
- Trade: enquiry to order, shipments gated by documents, LCs, forwards, packing credit, incentives, duty, realisation matched in bank reconciliation, and month-end FX revaluation posted through approvals and reversed on the 1st. Imports update stock with landed cost when Stock is in your plan.
- Kagaz: folders and access, versions, check-out, search inside files, share and request links. Storage follows your plan (1 / 5 / 10 GB), warns at 80% and stops uploads at 100%; extra storage is price on request.
- Tax: GST workbench (2B matching, GSTR-1 file, GSTR-3B), TDS / TCS, calendar and filing tracker. Priced per GSTIN — add GSTINs from your plan. Bebaak does not file on the GST portal.
- Sachiv: company and people, capital, registers, meetings and filings. It tracks and drafts; it does not file on MCA. Late fees are indicative — verify on MCA before paying.
- Board: department reports by link, sign-off, secure director links, risk register, actions and archive.
- Connect: leads, deals, pipeline, activities, campaigns and web forms (web forms work only on your own domains). No inbound email capture yet.
