How Bebaak apps work standalone or together
New in v0.20: every app works fully on its own with its own settings, or together with other Bebaak apps with nothing entered twice.
Who can do this: Everyone in your organisation who has access to this app.
Steps
Step by step
- Start with any single app at app.bebaak.co/signup — for example Sell, Tax, People or Trade.
- Each app has its own settings: Settings → By app → the app. When it is your only app, the organisation essentials (profile, logos, letterhead, number series) appear on the same page.
- Add apps later from Settings → Subscription & billing. They share the same customers, suppliers, items and ledgers — nothing is re-entered.
- Hard dependencies still apply: Counter and Make need Stock, and Loom needs Make.
- Sell works on its own, with invoices and collections. People self-service is free for employees.

Do I need Books to use Sell, Tax or Trade?
No. Each app works standalone. Add Books whenever you want full accounts; postings then flow into it.
