How to turn a quote into an order or invoice
Save retyping: a quote converts straight into a sales order or invoice with the same lines.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open the quote.
- Click Convert to sales order or Convert to invoice.
- Review the new document, adjust if needed and submit.
- The quote's status changes to Ordered.
