How to set banking preferences
Statement formats and auto-matching.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Open Settings and choose the section (or search settings by name).
- Settings → Banking.
- Save your bank's statement format for imports.
- Set auto-matching rules (amount and date tolerance) for reconciliation.
- Click Save. Sensitive values — GSTINs, number series, security — still go through approvals if your organisation has approval rules for settings.
