How to set Counter and store preferences
Stores and formats (COCO / FOFO / …), terminals, shifts and discount limits.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Open Settings and choose the section (or search settings by name).
- Settings → Counter & stores.
- Add terminals to each store and set shift rules (opening float, variance tolerance).
- Set discount limits by role.
- Click Save. Sensitive values — GSTINs, number series, security — still go through approvals if your organisation has approval rules for settings.
