How to import, export and manage data
Import and export, backups, recycle bin, activity log and storage.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Settings → Data administration.
- Bulk import (customers, items, invoices…) opens the import wizard.
- Export your data, or Export settings (JSON).
- Backups shows the backup status; Bulk delete or merge and the recycle bin let you tidy duplicates and restore deleted records.
- Activity log: who did what, when — with before → after values. Storage shows usage against your plan.
