Where to find API documentation, keys and webhooks

API documentation, keys and webhooks.

Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).

Steps

Step by step

  1. Open Settings and choose the section (or search settings by name).
  2. Settings → Developer.
  3. Create an API key (shown once — store it safely) and set its permissions.
  4. Add webhooks for events you want sent to your systems.
  5. API documentation is provided on request for partner and enterprise integrations.
  6. Click Save. Sensitive values — GSTINs, number series, security — still go through approvals if your organisation has approval rules for settings.
