How to set up integrations

Email identity, payment gateways, bank formats, Tally / Zoho import, WhatsApp, webhooks and API keys.

Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).

Steps

Step by step

  1. Open Settings and choose the section (or search settings by name).
  2. Settings → Integrations.
  3. Email identity: send emails from your own domain address — follow Set up.
  4. Connect payment gateways, bank formats and Tally / Zoho import, and WhatsApp if available.
  5. Webhooks and API keys are under Developer.
  6. Click Save. Sensitive values — GSTINs, number series, security — still go through approvals if your organisation has approval rules for settings.
