How to set Kagaz preferences
Retention and expiry reminders.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Open Settings and choose the section (or search settings by name).
- Settings → Kagaz.
- Set default reminder days before expiry and who receives reminders.
- Set retention periods for document categories.
- Click Save. Sensitive values — GSTINs, number series, security — still go through approvals if your organisation has approval rules for settings.
