How to manage one shipment
Compare rates, book, label PDF, pickup, tracking history and cancel.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open the shipment.
- Compare rates and book if not yet booked.
- Download the label PDF and request pickup.
- Follow the tracking history; cancel if the courier allows.
