How to book shipments through a courier API
Shipments booked through Shiprocket, Delhivery or another courier's API: rates, AWB, label, pickup and tracking.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Connect the courier in Settings → Integrations (see the integration guides).
- Open Settings → Integrations → Shipments → New, or Ship from an order.
- Compare rates, book, and print the label.
- Request pickup; tracking updates arrive from the courier.
