How the treasurer reviews a bill run
Before bills go out: each flat's draft bill against its last bill, flags for changes above your threshold, and the defaulter list.
Who can do this: Managing-committee members and ApnaGhar admins.
Steps
Step by step
- Open ApnaGhar → Billing → Review.
- Look at the flagged flats — the change against the last bill is shown.
- Open a flat to see the line-by-line working and fix the cause if it is wrong.
- When satisfied, approve the run so the bills are issued.
Tips
- The comparison is with the flat's last maintenance bill, not the same month last year.
