How to read or cancel one bill
Line-by-line working, GST note, interest base, posting and cancellation.
Who can do this: Managing committee users (society admins). Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open the bill from Bills.
- Breakup shows each head; Working explains how each amount was calculated; GST working shows why GST did or didn't apply; Interest shows the base used.
- Ledger shows the posting; download the PDF.
- To withdraw it, Cancel bill with a reason; it is marked Cancelled and reversed.
