How to book an amenity
Book the clubhouse or another amenity by time slot. Your dues, quota and capacity are checked; you get a check-in code and can cancel.
Who can do this: Residents with a member-portal login (owner, family member or tenant with a grant).
Steps
Step by step
- Open the member portal → Amenities.
- Choose the amenity, date and slot, and the number of guests.
- Confirm. You get a check-in code to show at the amenity.
- To cancel, open the booking; a late-cancellation fee may apply.
