How to manage possession, snags and handover from the builder
For new projects: possession per unit, a snag list with the builder's fixes and owner sign-off, a handover checklist signed by both sides (OC, fire NOC, IFMS, bank account), and formation of the association.
Who can do this: Managing-committee members and ApnaGhar admins.
Steps
Step by step
- Open ApnaGhar → Builder.
- Record possession for each unit as it happens.
- Track snags raised by owners and the builder's fixes.
- Work through the handover checklist; both sides mark each item.
- Record association formation and completion.
