How to raise a grievance or ask for information
Private grievances and information requests to the committee.
Who can do this: Residents with a portal login (role: Society Resident).
Steps
Step by step
- My society → Grievances & information → Raise a grievance or ask for information.
- Choose Kind, write the Subject and Details, add an Attachment (optional) → Submit.
- Only you and the committee can see it unless the committee publishes the resolution. Yours and published lists your items and published resolutions.
