How to manage your parcels
Let the courier in, ask the gate to keep the parcel, or reject it; collect it with the OTP shown here.
Who can do this: Residents with a member-portal login (owner, family member or tenant with a grant).
Steps
Step by step
- Open the member portal → Parcels.
- When a parcel arrives you see it here (and by email): choose Let in, Leave at gate or Reject.
- To collect from the gate, show the OTP on this page to the guard.
