The shared visitor log on a builder floor
For a builder floor without a guard: one shared visitor log for everyone living on the plot.
Who can do this: Residents with a member-portal login (owner, family member or tenant with a grant).
Steps
Step by step
- Open the member portal → Plot.
- Add a visitor entry when someone comes to the plot.
- Everyone on the plot sees the same log.
Tips
- 'Approve' does not open a lock — no smart lock or video doorbell is connected yet.
