How to set up your property format and layout
Choose your property format — gated society, CGHS, builder floor, plotted colony, builder project, township or commercial — then build the layout (zone → building or plot → floor → unit), fill unit details and switch modules on or off.
Who can do this: Managing-committee members and ApnaGhar admins.
Steps
Step by step
- Open ApnaGhar → Property.
- Choose the property format that matches you.
- Build the layout: add zones, then buildings or plots, floors and units.
- Fill unit details (area, type, parking).
- Switch on only the modules you use (gate, amenities, builder handover and so on).
