How to use the Accountant tools
Journals, repeating journals, the chart of accounts, locking and closing the year — all in one place.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open Accountant from the left menu.
- Manual journals: adjustments and provisions. Recurring journals: entries that repeat.
- Chart of accounts: add or rename accounts under the right group.
- Transaction locking and Close the year are for admins once a period is final.
