How to read and accept the Client Terms
Before using the apps, your organisation admin accepts the Bebaak Client Terms for the organisation, and every user accepts the Acceptable Use rules.
Who can do this: Admins accept for the organisation; every user accepts Acceptable Use.
Steps
Step by step
- On first sign-in (or when terms change) you'll see the Key terms summary above a checkbox.
- Click "Read the full terms" to open them, or download the PDF.
- Admins: tick "I accept the Client Terms on behalf of my organisation and confirm I am authorised to do so" and click Accept.
- Other users: tick to accept the Acceptable Use rules and click Accept.
- You'll continue to the app. The acceptance (version, date and user) is recorded in Settings → Terms acceptance.

What happens when terms change?
We email your admin and show the new version in the app at least 30 days before material changes; the admin accepts again.
