How to see which invoices need an e-way bill

One list of invoices and delivery challans that need an e-way bill or e-invoice, with the file to download and the number to record.

Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

  1. Sales → E-way bills & e-invoices.
  2. Filter by Needs e-way bill, Needs e-invoice or Done.
  3. Click Download JSON on a row and upload the file on the portal yourself.
  4. Record the e-way bill number and validity (or the IRN) on the row. It prints on the invoice from then on.
