How to manage online orders
Your order inbox: filter by status, see UPI payments waiting for confirmation, and search by order number, name or phone.
Who can do this: Everyone in your organisation who has access to this app.
Steps
Step by step
- Online → Orders.
- Use the status tabs (All, new, accepted, packed, shipped, delivered, Cancelled) to work through orders.
- Orders waiting for UPI confirmation are flagged — check your bank or UPI app first.
- Search by order number, name or phone; click an order to open it.
