How to use the Online store overview
Before you go live it shows your set-up progress; once live it shows visits, orders, conversion, sales and top products, with buttons to open, preview, pause or publish the store and download the QR poster.
Who can do this: Everyone in your organisation who has access to this app.
Steps
Step by step
- Open Online from the left menu.
- Not live yet: Set-up steps shows what's done; click Go online (or Start the 5-step set-up).
- Live: read Visits (30 days), Orders, Conversion and Sales; Top products (30 days) lists your best sellers.
- Use Open store to see it as shoppers do; pause or publish the store from here.
- Download the QR poster (PDF) for your counter.
