How to process one online order
Confirm UPI money received, accept, pack, ship with courier and tracking, deliver, cancel or return — each step posts to your books.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Open the order from Online → Orders. The timeline shows each step so far.
- UPI orders: the customer pays your UPI ID and types the UTR. Check your bank or UPI app, then click Money received — confirm (or Not received with a reason the customer sees). The invoice is raised once you confirm.
- Click Accept order, then Mark packed.
- Mark shipped: enter the Courier (e.g. Delhivery, India Post, Own delivery), tracking number and tracking link.
- Mark delivered when it arrives. For cash on delivery or pay at pickup, add the cash/UPI reference.
- Cancel order (stock released) or start a return if needed — the customer sees the reason. In your books shows the sales order, invoice and payment created for this order.
- WhatsApp customer opens a chat with the shopper.
FAQs
Questions
Why must I confirm UPI payments?
UPI goes straight to your own UPI ID, so Bebaak can't see it. You check your bank and confirm; then the invoice and payment are recorded.
What happens on a return?
A credit note is created and the item goes back into stock.
