How to choose which products show online
Choose items to show online (bulk show or hide, set a category); see the online price, stock available after buffer, and your starter-plan limit.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Online → Online products.
- Search items; tick several and use With the ticked items: Show, Hide or Set category.
- Columns show Online price, Available (stock minus buffer) and whether an item is Featured or Hidden.
- On the free starter store, Over limit warns when you show more than 25 products.
- Click Edit on a product for its online details.
