How to set up payments (UPI, COD, pickup, Razorpay/Cashfree)

UPI ID, cash on delivery limit, pay at pickup, and your own Razorpay or Cashfree keys and webhook. Money always goes straight to you — 0% commission.

Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).

Steps

Step by step

  1. Online → Settings → Payments.
  2. UPI (QR + app link): enter your UPI ID and name on UPI, and the account in your books UPI receipts go to. Customers pay, type the UTR, and you confirm in Orders — then the invoice is raised.
  3. Cash on delivery: tick it and set Cash on delivery up to ₹. Pay at pickup: tick it.
  4. Card / netbanking (optional): choose Razorpay or Cashfree, Test or Live mode, paste your Key ID / App ID and secret, and choose the account gateway money goes to.
  5. In your gateway dashboard, add the webhook address shown here.
  6. Save.
