How to set your store policies
Returns, shipping, privacy and terms pages generated from plain-language templates you can edit.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Online → Settings → Policies.
- Set Returns accepted within (days; 0 = no returns).
- Read each generated policy — returns, shipping, privacy and terms — and edit the text to match how you work.
- Save. Shoppers see the policies linked in the store footer and at checkout.
