How to restore a deleted purchase draft

Bring back a draft purchase order, bill or expense that was deleted by mistake.

Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

  1. Purchases → Deleted drafts.
  2. Find the draft and click Restore.
  3. It returns to its list as a draft. Submitted documents are cancelled, never deleted.
