How to add branches, stores, factories and warehouses
Your branches and locations — each can have its own GSTIN, address and warehouse.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Open Settings and choose the section (or search settings by name).
- Settings → Branches & locations → add a location: type (branch, store, factory, warehouse), name, address and GSTIN if separate.
- Locations are then available on documents, number series and stock.
- Click Save. Sensitive values — GSTINs, number series, security — still go through approvals if your organisation has approval rules for settings.
