How to set sales preferences
Quote validity, numbering, terms and discounts.
Who can do this: Organisation admins (Client Admin).
Steps
Step by step
- Open Settings and choose the section (or search settings by name).
- Settings → Sales.
- Set default quote validity, payment terms and terms & conditions.
- Choose discount rules and which number series sales documents use.
- Click Save. Sensitive values — GSTINs, number series, security — still go through approvals if your organisation has approval rules for settings.
