How to run gate operations
Parcels, domestic help (KYC, approval, blocking), vehicles and stickers, move-in / move-out gate passes and SOS incidents — all in one place for the committee.
Who can do this: Managing-committee members and ApnaGhar admins.
Steps
Step by step
- Open ApnaGhar → Operations.
- Use the tabs: Parcels, Domestic help, Vehicles, Moves and SOS.
- Approve or block domestic help after checking the KYC files residents uploaded.
- Issue vehicle stickers and parking slots.
- Review SOS incidents and how they were handled.
Tips
- No gate hardware or messaging is connected yet (boom barrier, ANPR, RFID / FASTag, biometrics, CCTV, intercom, SMS, WhatsApp) — screens say 'connect later'. Codes, QR and in-app / email notices work now.
- Domestic-help KYC is checked by your committee; there is no DigiLocker or police-portal check.
