How security uses the guard view
The phone view for security (role: Society Security): check a visitor code, log a walk-in and ask the flat, mark exits.
Who can do this: Security staff (Society Security role).
Steps
Step by step
- Sign in on the gate phone and open the guard view.
- Visitor has a code: enter the 6-digit code → Check code; if valid, let them in — the entry is logged.
- Visitor without a code: enter Name, Phone, Flat, Purpose and Vehicle no. → Ask the flat. The resident approves in the app or from the email link.
- Mark Out when the visitor leaves.
- Daily-help passes are checked in the same way.
