How to attend meetings and vote

See the meeting notice, check in by venue code or online, appoint a proxy, ask a question and vote on resolutions.

Who can do this: Residents with a member-portal login (owner, family member or tenant with a grant).

Steps

Step by step

Open the member portal → Meetings and open the meeting.
Read the notice and acknowledge it.
On the day, check in with the venue code or online.
Vote on each resolution while voting is open; you can also send a question or appoint a proxy before the meeting.
