How to schedule meetings

AGM, SGM and MC meetings with notice, agenda, quorum, attendance, resolutions and minutes.

Who can do this: Managing committee users (society admins). Viewers can open it but not change anything.

Steps

Step by step

Society → Meetings → Schedule a meeting: type, No., Date, Time and Venue → Create.
Open it to add the agenda and record attendance.
Quorum % for the general body and the committee are set in Settings.
