How to see your bills and tell the society you've paid
Your bills, receipts, statement and pay link. Maintenance and project contributions are kept apart, each with its own statement.
Who can do this: Residents with a portal login (role: Society Resident).
Steps
Step by step
- My society → Bills & payments.
- Open bills and download PDFs; Receipts lists what has been recorded.
- To pay: pay by UPI to the society's UPI ID shown, then click I have paid and enter the Amount paid and UTR / reference. The committee verifies it against the bank and posts the receipt. (This records your UPI reference — it is not an online payment gateway.)
- Statement shows your ledger. The statement is only for the flat's owner.
