How to import a bank statement
Bring statement lines in from a CSV or Excel download from your bank.
Who can do this: Admins and Accountants. Viewers can open it but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- Download the statement from your net banking as CSV or Excel.
- Banking → Open the account → Import statement (or Accountant → Bulk import → Bank statement).
- Upload the file; map Date, Description, and either Deposit/Withdrawal columns or a single Amount column.
- Check the preview rows, then Import.
- The lines appear as Unmatched, ready to reconcile.
