How to use the legal disputes register
All legal matters by you and against you — notices, suits, arbitration, NCLT, consumer, cheque bounce, tax appeals.
Who can do this: People with a DealFlow role (Legal, Finance, Business owner, Management). Read-only members can look but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- DealFlow → Legal disputes → New matter.
- Choose by us / against us and the type; enter the forum, case number (and CNR), claim amount, owner and counsel.
- Set the limitation date — you are alerted before it.
- Filter the register by type, forum, stage or risk. Only people allowed to see legal disputes can open them.
