How to read the litigation dashboard
Open matters by forum and stage, exposure vs provision, coming hearings, stale matters, counsel load and spend, and the contingent-liability schedule.
Who can do this: People with a DealFlow role (Legal, Finance, Business owner, Management). Read-only members can look but not change anything.
Steps
Step by step
- DealFlow → Litigation dashboard.
- See open matters by forum and stage and the hearings coming up.
- Exposure vs provision shows each matter's risk (probable / possible / remote) and the provision gap.
- Open the contingent-liability schedule for the quarter (provide / disclose / none) to share with your auditors.
- The provision journal itself is posted by your accountant in Books.
